How do I switch to your agency from another agency?

If you are already a Regional Center client, please contact your Service Coordinator at the Regional Center and let them know that you would like services from Premier Healthcare Services.

Contact the correct office for your area listed below and let us know you have made the request. We will follow up with your Service Coordinator regarding the authorized hours and start date.
