When does my authorization start?

Premier can verify the start date of your authorization by e-mail or phone.  Please contact us at customerservice@phs-west.com or by phone at 1-866-428-1730 to inquire about your authorization.   

In order to better serve you, please have ready the name of the Regional Center, client and service about which you are inquiring.  If you know the client's Unique Identification Number (UCI#) with the Regional Center, please include that as well.
