Your care provider may start working when these two conditions are met:
1. There is an authorization for services in Premier's system covering the dates and hours authorized by the Regional Center
2. The provider has completed all necessary documents and has been processed by Premier. This includes CPR/First Aid and background checks if needed.
Please be aware that if your provider works before the dates authorized by the Regional Center or before their application process is complete, they will NOT be paid. We encourage you to submit the completed provider application ASAP in order to have them available to perform the authorized service.
