How do I know if you received my timecard or reimbursement form?

Depending on how you submitted your timecard or reimbursement form, the confirmation notifications are below:

 

Via E-Mail:


If you e-mail your timecard or reimbursement form, you should receive a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours after it has been received. 
 

Via Fax:
 

If you faxed your timecard or reimbursement form, you should call to confirm that all the pages have been received and are in good order, legible and able to be processed. 
 

U.S. Postal Service:
 

If you sent your timecard or reimbursement form via U.S. Postal Service, then you should call to confirm their arrival three to four days after the forms have been picked up by your mail carrier.


In Person:
 

If you drop off your timecard or reimbursement form in person, you may ask for the form to be date stamped to document the date it was turned it.
